Hello Everyone!

Welcome to the 2021 - 2022 school year at Connecting Waters! I am so excited for us all to have a great year of math. This month, we are taking a look at the overview of all of the Common Core Standards for Mathematical Practice (click here to watch the video). The Common Core Standards for Mathematical Practice apply to students in all grade levels. Together, they describe what it means to be a mathematical thinker. Notice that they have very little to do with specific calculations or skills and are applicable at every grade level.
